Out Of Hours Service
At Castle Design Solutions we believe in working hard for our customers. However, we also believe that we should all work to live and not live to work. Our design team all like to relax at the end of a hard day’s work. Your website does not have that luxury. You rightly expect it to be working hard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We know that evenings and weekends are a key time for website owners. Because of this, we know that it is important to offer technical support throughout these peak web browsing hours. We now offer an out of hours support service for existing customers so that you never need to worry about technical difficulties.
Our out of hours service operates from 5:00pm until 11:00pm Monday to Friday, and from 9:00am until 10:00pm on a Saturday.

For all technical issues outside of these hours, and on a Sunday, we still offer technical support. However, responses are not guaranteed until the following working day begins. In practice though, we usually have designers on hand to deal with your request.
